For landed property a corner lot is a good buy ? Even at 15-20% premium ?

Depends on usage, if it's a residential then it's up to individual preference. If for commercial, then it's better but depends on the price as well. Normal landed property either for residential or commercial will fetch better price.

There are usually limited corner lots in any developments which equates to lesser supply. Corner lot with a larger land area and built up will certainly command an extra value besides the premium.
