Good day Agent(s)/ Guru(s) Will there be lawyer fee incur on selling if I am to sell my house through agent? Understand that this cost might be absorbed by the buyer shall the buyer is using the agent panel lawyer? Are there any charges to be incurred besides the loan settlement fee? Can someone work out an estimate for a property price @ RM650k? Thanks heaps.
