Blacklisted : Car loan (due to third party use, have instalment arrangement with bank for balance)
Would like to purchase first property in KL or PJ. Please advise how and what needs to be done.
Other possibility to combine all the loans into mortgages? Value of mortgage, possibility of getting full loan or epf2 option.
