Hello everyone. I would like to ask on few things here. Hoping for your kind gesture to help me friends.
1. Im a local malaysian and working in singapore. I was told even if im buying house during mco period i would still need to pay 10% upfront the property value. Is that true?
2. If i would like to joint name with my parents whereby both of them are retired and getting paid every month under socso can i join name with them?
Hope someone can help me out from this situation. Thank you very much in advance.

Hi! Whether it's subsale or direct purchase from developer, it's a usual practice to pay first tranche of 10% of the property value by the time the sale and purchase agreement is executed by both parties. The first downpayment to reserve the purchase may vary and this will contribute towards 10% of the first tranche. On your second question, yes you may jointly register your name with your parents provided the land office's procedures are followed. Feel free to contact us +6011-33378623  for further discussion.
