Hello Everyone.
Kindly am asking if there is an agent who can help me locate my perfect home?
I'm interested in:
- The area if flexible, anywhere in Malaysia
- But the area must have strong internet availability (because I work from home and I'm critically dependent on internet access. No internet for me = no business, no money for me)
- Property that I can initially rent for 12 months
with the intent that I buy the property that I'm renting or...
- I locate a new property that I can buy
- My budget to rent is 5000 MYR month
- My budget to buy is 1,500,000
- The property that I'm interested in renting and buying, they both must have the following characteristics:
1. Large windows
2. Windows are preferred to be floor to ceiling
3. Minimum of 2 bedroom but 3+ is ideal
4. 2 or more bathrooms
5. Must have view of the sea
6. Style of house is flexible (can be any type as long as it's beautiful, e.g., modern, historical, cottage, etc.)
Note. I work from my home so the area with the large windows is intended to be the area from which I will work. Meaning, I want to make that area my office.
