Hello Guru, I am Singapore PR and holding a HDB.
I would like to buy a Condo in Johor for my Parents for their retirement.
Just to check if any possibilities:
Put my Farther as a owner who age 71 and I be a bank loan borrower?
Or Put my Sibling as owner and I be a borrower?
