Hello property hive-mind,
I am in the midst of buying a subsale unit. Everything has been paid, from DP to lawyers fees and MOT/stamp duty.
How long would it take the bank to release the full loan disbursement to the seller?

Usually within 3 months from the SPA date provided the required documents by the bank are fulfilled by all parties. Read More
