Hello Sir,
I am Egyptian, I have two Malaysian kids, their Malaysian mother passed away, I would like to ask, Am I allowed to buy a condo for less than a million for my kids (they are still 13 & 14) , I need to be the kids guardian and none of their uncles have the right to sell the property but I could do later.
