Hello Sir,
I am looking to purchase a landed house in Kuala Lumpur / Putrajaya.
I am currently living in Johor and moving to KL at end May. Ideally, I am looking for a landed house that I can move into before end of this year.
I am a foreigner so I am aware that there is a rule saying a property must be minimum 1M MYR.
Location I am flexible. My office is in Damansara so within 20-30 minutes drive would be great.
