Hello there..I am 40y/o Malaysian working under sub contract logistic work ,I have 20k savings on my account,I paid tax,but at the moment I only have 15k on my EPF account and married to a foreigner but my wife also working with gross salary rm2k with EPF account and she also has bank savings of 10k.my questions are:
1.is it possible for us to get a joint housing loan of rm150k-180k low cost flat or apartment?
2.what are the procedures,requirements needed to get a housing loan from the bank?
3.at my age and earning rm8k per month(rm2500 will left after all deductions (1 worker with salary and EPF,socso,my own EPF,Lori loan rm584/mo and house rent/bills)any chance to get a loan?
