Hello.im interested to purchase a condo near jb ciq in near future.im singaporean,husband and wife total salary about sg $6k.can we use cpf for down payment?how much cash do we need to standby for booking unit,agent fee?the stamp fee?can take bank loan in malaysia?say a 2 bedroom condo thats worth about rm 800k.thanks.

Hi there, just to share foreigners are allowed to purchase high rise above RM500K provided the developer acquired the approval from government. Most of new projects are available for foreigners to purchase above RM500K. For SGD$6K you are eligible to purchase a decent condo for RM800K but CPF withdrawal is definitely not possible for buying in overseas.
