Hi all,
Could anyone please enlighten me what happens if an agent introduced a bad tenant, ie stop paying rental 2 months after moving in? The agent still gets to keep the full month commission or is there any refund up to a certain extent? Or maybe he/she has to find a replacement with no additional charges? I mean, is there a proper guideline for this? Thanks

Hi, yes indeed the responsible agent should get a replacement tenant without any additional charges within that period of 3 months. Read More
