Hi all. I am interested in buying a condo unit, if possible can move in by year end. Preferably more than 900sqft and at sentul/setapak/gombak area. However open for suggestions on the area. Max budget 450k. I am okay with subsale also as long as not a very old condo. Appreciate your suggestions on any good units.
