Investing in Malaysia

Hi All, I am Malaysian living in the UK and run my own business. I earn around GBP10,000 per month. I plan to invest in property in Kuala Lumpur area as on retirement I plan to return and just live with rental income. I am looking around RM20,000 per month rental property income. Can someone kindly plan for me in terms of investment?
