Hi. As a landlord of commercial shop houses in Johor, how much is the commission fee that I need to pay property agent who find me tenant? As for tenancy agreement prepare by Lawyer, is it tenant or landlord need to bear the cost?

1. The commission is 1 to 2 months of rent, usually if the tenancy agreement is 2 years then the commission will be 2 months, its negotiable 2. One year tenancy agreement: 1 month agent fee 2 years: 1.25 months 3 years: 1.5 months All those fee without including gst For tenancy agreement, normally it is beared by tenant side Read More
