Hi , based on my understanding.. developer need to apply strata title within 6 month after CF. I received my home key almost a year and this coming OCT, developer will hand over to JMB. Can developer hand over to JMB but the building yet to be under strata title ?

i have situation here, my residential supposed to be high end condo, unfortunately.. one of agent company managed to get some owners to rent out the unit to one of University in Malaysia to place about 1000 students which i am not totally agreed. Any advise ?

To allow anybody to enter into the condo as a tenant is a landlord right. but since it seems like a big contract happen here, the community must be strong and fight against this thing. gather signature, gather all owners to meeting give pros and cons, awareness etc. if the owners can see the impact of that, they will not allow also. thanks Fiq, Team Sales Manager, Senior Real Estate Agent. fiq.@weise@gmail.com Read More
