Hi, Can a foreigner buy a single-storey landed property which is above RM500K in Johor?

Based on Johor's policy on foreign ownership of properties, single storey landed is out of the question. Has to be 2 or more storeys, whether purchased via sub-sale or from developer.

Hi, may I know if this policy on 1 or 1.5 storey house not allowed to be bought by foreigner is still valid ?
