Hi, currently i've 2 properties on hand. If i sell one of the property and then purchase another property, will i still entitle for 90% loan margin?

Hi there, if the sale is at the same time, the answer is only 70%. The bank only can allow property 2 property shown in CCRIS. I understand what is your explanation but until the loan fully settled and vanished from the CCRIS the bank only allowed 70% loan.
