I already signed up housing booking form and housing loan, but lawyer/ developer side SPA is not yet ready (already waiting 4 month). Any specific timeline SPA signed date vs house booking date must be settle within given time period. Also right now, my CCRIS was get block if I want make another housing loan application (change buy other developer housing projects) since current loan was approved. Any legal governing on the delay SPA issue either from Developer/ lawyer side? (Noted: Banker told me there is a penalty charge on any housing loan after done performing signing). Do assist advise.
