Hi Guru, I am in the midst of converting my citizenship to become a Singaporean. I have a property in Malaysia of which I would like to transfer the ownership to my mother. Could you please advise how the legal process & fees (incl. stamp duty) would be different if the transfer takes place when I (a) am still a Malaysian; (b) have become a Singaporean (i.e. a foreigner)? Thank you.
