Hi guru;
I'm interested in buying my 1st home in johor area gelang patah,bukit indah perling and skudai.priority on terrace house around rm150k.my monthly income is rm4900 with epf acct. 2 rm25k.i intended to participate in my 1st home scheme for 0% downpayment while withdrawing all my epf from acc 2.is it doable?any suggestion for property?
