Hi gurus, I am looking at investment property with budget of not more than RM700k. It will be my first property purchase. Below are some of the criteria by ranking, but not necessarily all need to be matched.

1. Walking distance to MRT or LRT stations
2. Preferably KL, PJ, Subang or USJ area
3. Condo/service apartment as the rental yield is higher
4. Recently completed projects
5. With tenants

I have no issue with bank loan but have no idea where to start looking. I am in interested also in newly completed units where the owner is urgently letting go in due to current market condition.
