hi guys, i am currently a degree student and i wish to get involved in the property market. May i know is it possible for me to be a part-time property agent without affecting my studies at the same time? Thank you.

Dear Mr Anon/Ms Anny, TQ for your question in ASK Guru. My little comment/suggestion, if you need to work part-time(especially if you are in a situation that warrants that you need to work). You may. I would suggest that it would be beneficial for you to be more involved in the "secondary market" or sale of newly launched projects as opposed to "primary market" or sub-sale market. Your involvement would be more on week-ends, being stationed at Showrooms or Developers Office to promote the sales of condo/houses. Hope this suggestion would be of some value to you.
