Hi guys, my situation is a little bit unique, hope someone can give me some guideline.
I am a professional poker player in which my income are solely depend on my winning on poker game and tournament. By the way just to be clear I am not gambling, as poker is a game of skill not only depend on luck. My salary is very inconsistent due to the high variance (luck) of poker, but in average , based on my current level, my average salary will be around 1500 USD to 3000 USD.
May I know :
1) is it going to be very difficult for me to get housing loan when I want to buy a house ? Since I don't have any income statement, as all my income are from online betting website. I think the only thing I can show is how much I withdraw from the earning I get from the website per month. Is it enough ?
My income tax only updated at 2018 when I was still working as my profession (engineer). I didn't update it on 2019 since all my income is from oversea not from Malaysia. Is it gonna affect my loaning as well ?
2) I had already planned to buyout a house if I couldn't get a housing loan. Currently saving money to do it. Is LHDN gonna come after it if I do it ? And what documents or things that I have to prepare to deal with it ?
Thanks.
