Hi, have currently embarking to purchase a property above RM1million, however, the property is a bumiputera status and since I am a muslim convert, only my wife is qualified to purchase.

If let's say, the property is purchase under her name and needed to take out a loan under 2 names as she is not working, is that possible ?

hi regarding your question. from my experience,it is imposible to buy a house using your wife name n apply loan using your name since your wife not working n dont have payslip.but if she has a job n payslip,she can buy it using her name in SPA and joint loan with you. regards -azhar Read More
