Hi Sir, to answer to your question. Propertyguru customer service will be the best to help. By the way, why don't you appointment an agent who cover the area of your property own to sell it off for you. Hassle free / you don't need to worry about the process which most owner is not familiar. Leave it to the expert. It doesn't cost you much 3% agency fees to ease your burden .
