I am a bumi and bought a leasehold subsale condo from a foreigner (non-bumi) 10 years ago. I plan to sell my condo and would the status of my unit bumi or maintain non-bumi? If now become bumi how long is the process to sell to non-bumi. My same floor neighbours are all non bumi now.
