Hi,
I am a Malaysian, currently working in Singapore. I would like to purchase a landed property in JB [new or resale].
I have never work in Malaysia before, nor do I have any debt, thus my credit score is 0. I do have singapore credit card [not sure if it can be a supporting document].
May I know is it possible for me to obtain bank loan approval ?
