Hi, I am a Malaysian currently working in Singapore, planning to buy a property in Malaysia, preferably KL/Selangor for investing purpose, either newly launched property or subsale property with good rental yield is fine. I am a first-time home buyer, budget wise preferably <700k. Any tips or recommendation or suggestion from gurus? Is 2017 a good timing for buying properties? Thank you!
