Hi I am a seller of property, just want to ask the legal fees of the SPA does it pay by the seller or buyer? I understand DRR is pay by the seller but whatabout the SPA?

The SPA buyer have to pay. Buyers are encouraged to appoint their own lawyer and not to use the seller’s lawyer, even if their fees are lower. Usually, the seller and the lawyer have a long-standing relationship and if something undesirable happens, the seller’s lawyer will probably help the seller (bias) to handle the case. hope this help you a little :) Read More
