Hi, I am a Singaporean and my mum (55 years old retiree) is a Malaysian. Just want to ask if I sponsor my mum to buy a house in Johor amount like RM 260,000. Then during the time when my mum pass away, I will be inherited from that property in her will.

May I know is it possible? If yes, what will be the cost or tax I need to pay during the ownership transfer when my mum pass away?

Disclaimer: Just a realistic question only, of course I love my mum and wish her could stay with me forever.
