I am a spouse of malaysian citizen. Our budget for the house is 500K. I know the foreigners can only own houses about 1M. My wife at the moment do not have income. The question is, is it possible to get the joint loan, but with ownership only for malaysian citizen? Do we have any option to actually buy a house with this budget? Btw what documents needed from the Singaporean husband for proof for income ?
