Agent fees is 3% of the selling price.

For lawyer fees is not expensive, estimate around RM1000 +- .You can ask lawyer give you quotation.

Stamp duty bear by Purchaser.

to sell house

Our agent professional fees is 3%

to appoint us with option letter
to sell during grace period
once confirm by buyer , earnest deposit collected 3% usually ,letter to offer to purchaser and vendor sign by both party
balance 7% of deposit pay to vendor lawyer upon signing SPA
purchaser can purchase in cash or apply bank house loan
Purchaser will bear the SPA fees ,inclding lawyer professional fees , stamping , disbursement fees and etc
Vendor only bear transfer fees, usually very less
including charge of discharge of title if still loan under bank ,declaration of tax
fees approximate rm1000 to rm1300 still depend the title inhand or nomore loan ,mb consent ,etc
