Hi, I am looking at purchasing an agricultural land in Johor. But I understand that foreigners are not permitted to buy agri land.
1) Can I use my local MY company (51% MY owned/49% foreign) to buy the agricultural land?
2) Does the 51% MY owned need to be Malay Malaysian?
