Hi I am Melissa. Good evening. Should the landlord refund the rental and utilities deposits if both landlord and tenant lost their tenancy agreement ? The landlord can’t remember the deposit amount but the tenant said already paid such an amount.

What should the landlord do? Please advise.

Thank you for your kind response.
