Hi.. i am purchasing a low cost apartment (flat) from this seller. Purchase price is rm90k. We have paid booking fees rm3000. We have appointed lawyer as usual. We are in midst pf preparing the balance deposit and lawyer fees as per normal procedure... but suddently the vendor fixed a date for us to sign the SPA and pay the balance. We couldnt afford for it and requested for 1 week extension. But she gave us no time and cancelled the application. Are we supposed to get back out rM3000...? And moreover we need to pay lawyer Rm1300. My question now is... we dont sign anything (SPA)... we dont get the property deal or anything. Are we supposed to pay the lawyer for nothing? And the booking fees is forfeited by the vendor!!

you direct purchase with owner? do you sign any form with owner? if through agent, usually given 14 working days for you to sign spa. if you give money direct to owner without signing any form or verify him is true owner or not, then you must believe the owner very much Read More
