Hi.. i am purchasing a low cost apartment (flat) from this seller. Purchase price is rm90k. We have paid booking fees rm3000. We have appointed lawyer as usual. We haven't sign SPA yet but we found out our loan application is being rejected by bank. We cancel the deal because the bank reject the loan application. We have not signed the SPA yet. Are we supposed to get back out rM3000...? And moreover we need to pay lawyer Rm1300. My question now is... we dont sign anything (SPA)... we dont get the property deal or anything. Are we supposed to pay the lawyer for nothing? And the booking fees is forfeited by the vendor!!
