Hi I am working In a cruise ship under contract basis and my contract is auto renewal for every 7 months..I am a Malaysian citizen which will be back home every 7 months 1ce and i am looking for a property which I can stay when I am back home. But will I get a loan to purchase the property since I dont have EPF and and I dont pay any taxes.?

Greetings from Ohmyhome. Dear Sir/Mdm, you can open an account with LHDN and start to file your income every year. By doing so you will have higher chance to get loan from the bank few years later. Read More
