Hi, I did my booking on 2021 and I have payment proof. But I don't have receipt because it is Singapore bank transfer online. Will get notifications by email and transfer submitted proof. But again not receipt. So my agent ignore me when my loan not approved. Second agent said will help but also saying it's difficult. Now no response properly even management. I wait till 2025 because I buy new house at same place with second agent. Because she said will help the time run till 2025 and I also wait. What should I do. Pls help me explain
