Hi, I got a property in Johor and rented to a Singaporean family, the contract is going to expire on the Apr 30, 2015 & I am not going to extend their stay. The tenant did not pay me the rental for March yet and might not pay for April too, there are still some outstanding ultility bills. I had tried to contact the tenant for the last few days and she did not want to answer my call. What should I do if she still didnt pay my rental until end of April? Or the deposit is not able to cover all the cost for repair? Should I file a police report at both contries? What legal action can I have? Thanks,
