Hi,
I have a gas leakage issue, and I have reported it to the agent and landlord and have arrange for repair numerous time and technician recommend to change the unit. The landlord ask to split evenly to change the aircond unit even though the contract stated that tenant is only to cover maximum $300 if is not due to negligence. Is gas leakage consider as tenants negligence? What should I do?
