Hi, I have a problem with Home Loan Pre-Approved. I have trouble with documents where the system said that they unable to proceed my I/C. I scanned my IC using my scanner and I already checked my Info to make sure the name and IC are same. But still cannot process. How to check my Pre-Approve Home Loan if the system have problem with my I/C?
