Different developers have different policies on this. You will need to find out from the developer whether they would grant you consent to resell the property as you are just a beneficial owner during progress payment stage.
It probably requires the termination of the previous SPA and the signing of the SPA with a new buyer and developer. If there is a profit or differential sum after the resale, it will need to be sorted between you and the new buyer. Read More
