Hi, I have a shop house in Selayang. The house is under master title. Last time the developer has an issue on the project and the developer office also no more now. 15 years ready but the property is still in master title. I can't sell or refinance the property. Pls advice what i should do to change the master title to strata or individual... tq.

if you still keep the SPA and Loan Agreement should be ok, just contact the SPA Lawyer that you sign before to do the Perfection. Read More
