Hi, I have booked a unit with 3% of the unit price and applied for loan. Unfortunately, loan was not approved and I ensured there is a statement in the booking form on refunding the 3% that I paid when loan application is rejected. My question is, how long would it take to refund-a day, week or month?

Maybe every agency have different processing time, do share the usual refund processing time pls. Thanks in advance.

Greeting from Ohmyhome Realtors. Dear Sir/Mdm, is the rejection letter submitted to the agency? Like what you mentioned different agency got different processing time. Usually within 5-10 working days if all supporting documents required are in order. Hope this helps. Read More
