Hi, I have helped my sister to get a property few years ago by agreeing to own the property jointly and get the loan together as she does not have steady income. I do not take give her any downpayment, and she is managing the property herself. Due to some reasons, I need to take my name out from this property. If my sister refuses to cooperate, what can I do?

You can plan to request a lawyer for process the property sell to your sister (if her income ok today) after the Loan Agreement and Letter for transfer owner name done, than you are free for this house, and can do your other planning Read More
