Hi, I have paid a booking fee and has submitted my documents to the bank for a loan. 3 weeks later my agent informed me that developer has now changed the rebate of that house since it's soon to be VP. I would like to know if it's legal? I was also told that the rebate given by the realtor isn't the same as what was set by the developer so there's a high chance that the real estate company I'm dealing with is trying to change the rebate from their end. I need some legal advice since it's not fair. The bank is still processing my application and it is now in the final stage.

You may clarified with developer your rebate is from agency or developer, if you really not happy with the rebate, you may cancel your loan. I'm Danny from THE ROOF REALTY 012-699 8855  . Read More

Depends on what is written and stated on the booking form.
