Hi i have some questions, i've been staying 1 year in a rental house. so the contract is already finish and the agent and landlord are doing inspection to the house. Everthing is still in good condition , there are no broken things in the house. However, the agent said they have to charge to wash the house curtain (curtain is good condition and the colour or curtain is dark brown) ?? and also charge to clean the aircond for rm150 each (total ac is 3 so overal she charge for rm450) for what i know price is only rm60 for cleaning , may i know if this is a reasonable to deduct my deposit ? Thank You
