Hi, i m foreigner, looking for property to buy near ampang hillr area. Any feedback on property m suites? I need suggestion that will it be very hard to sell the m suites property in future if i buy? Any suggestion?

M Suites is freehold title and conveniently located so it is easy to transact depending on market situation. However, foreigners are only allowed to buy residential properties in KL priced above RM1 million.
It is rather difficult for foreigners to obtain bank loans in Malaysia without working (preferably with MNCs) and paying income tax in Malaysia. Alternatively is to purchase with own cash savings.
