hi, I paid booking fees for purchase condominium. But after that my family disagree and I had request for refund from agent. Normally how long would it take to get back refund and what is the procedure. Can I get back the refund if bank loan already approved? Thanks.

I assume this is a subsale transaction. You have to check what is agreed in the booking form / offer to purchase form. Normally, a refund is only allowed as per the condition stated in the booking form / offer to purchase form. Usually, if your loan is rejected, then a refund is made in 5-7 working days. If your loan is approved and you decided to withdraw from the purchase, then the booking is usually forfeited. Read More
